Wow

Regular blogging to commence shortly. Until then, here's this. I'm not sure what makes my jaw drop more, the "logic" in this video, or tonight's USC/OSU game.

Maybe Couric was a good choice for anchor after all!

That's life in the anti-matter universe... Where Katie Couric finally connects with her inner gravitas, but only via Sarah Palin.

Nero-fiddle-Rome-burning...

The thing I most admired about Couric in this interview is that she managed to keep a straight face!

Dogwalkmusings: Exactly. Couric is a zillion more times qualified (as a journalist) to be VP, and most political journalists, likewise, whether on domestic issues, energy issues, foreign affairs, the economy, etc.

But WHAT does this say about McCain?

It says that he doesn't make good decisions that are based on sound assumption, and that he cares more for his campaign and winning than he does about the safety and solidity of America.

His choice was shameful and will go down in history as one of the most stupid acts of all time, politically... and certainly one of the most dangerous.

And since we know she and her husband, Todd Palin, govern together, imagine them (with no college education or knowledge of the same issues) with a hand's reach on the nuclear football.

Terrifying.

"...he cares more for his campaign and winning than he does about the safety and solidity of America." Is this not exactly the same thing of which he accused Obama?

It is indeed terrifying. We wait and watch.
